Unlike most billing centers, BillPro assigns each client an account representative who personally manages your account. Our knowledgeable staff is available to answer all client and patient calls from 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For clients experiencing challenges with large account receivables or their in-house billing situation, we can assign one or more account representatives to assist on-site with data entry and other consultative services. BillPro is HIPAA compliant and a select vendor with Medicare, Medical Mutual, Anthem and Emdeon.
